Been working on creating models for the characters in a Black Crusade RPG Campaign I'm in. I will update as progress is made on the Figures.

the first pair of models are for my character and his apprentice/minion

Idolitrex Magus of Forge Polix. having once been a Factor of the Lathes before falling to the dark powers she looks strikingly human for a heretek but with the sorcerous knowledge she assimilated in forge polix she is more then capable of holding her own along side the marines in the warband. still an early wip, the axe will be getting some notches and teched up some to represent a fallen magus power axe

I do love a warband - so much better than a vanilla squad - out of interest, what's your Idolitrex Magus model based on?
I like the EC character too

she is based on the Cygnar Warcaster Captain Victoria Haley figure...I felt she had the right look for both light human power armor and the dark machanicus and its a female model so it fit the needs of the character nicely...debating on if i will be adding the Mechadendrite or not

will be adding a Pirate Prince(ess) of the raged Helix once i get My hands on either Cryx: Pirate Queen Skarre or Cryx: Warcaster Skarre Queen of the Broken Coast figures

we adapted some house rules for Dark Heresy voiding the insanity and adding 5 points to each stat to make his rules...other then that he uses human archtypes

Amon Sotek is not just being used for My black crusade character he is my general for my thousand sons army, count him as a Warpsmith with the mark of Tzeentch. His powers being the flamer and meltagun attacks from the mechatendrils.

As his fluff makes him a powerful sorcerer, I wanted to give him a combat familiar. not wanting a little demonic imp or living thing feeling it didn't fit with his Techmarine background, I made a little robotic creation for Amon. Thinking about giving it spider like legs, or should I leave it as is?

That combat familiar is awesome. Reminds me of a grimdark Rumble from transformers.

I am in the process of rebuilding many of the models of My CSM army to fit the backstory of Forge Master Amon Sotek. after thinking about it I decided that he would not put much faith into standard rubric marines and wouldn't be able to "upgrade" them to fit His vision, but he could make approximations of them using His warp inspired technology. To this end, I have divided my thousand sons squads into two groups those whose sorcerers are apprentices of Forge Master Amon Sotek and those that are apprentices of the Arch-Summoner Neferkare Iymeru. The rubric marines led by Amon's apprentices will be "borged" out and Warp infused "captives" from other legions and Imperial chapters.

After going back through all my stuff, may army is standing at about 2500pts until I make many repairs, and a bug chunk of that is from the Dark Vengeance box. Most of my models broke in the move. Couple that with the direction I am now taking(a Warpsmith Warlord) and over half of the figures i did have don't fit anyway.

over the next few days i will be posting some WiPs of dwarves for a WFPR game I am in

here is the first group of the "Twins". I got the Mutation Duplication, and they decided to wear their beards differently to tell them apart...the one with the shield also has Mechinoid mutation...being engineers, they explain it away as "Advanced Prosthetic limbs".

first follower in the "Twins" retinue...their sister. She started existence as a Reaper Shieldmaiden. I removed the legs and added plastic feet from an old plastic GW Squat and new arms from plastic multi-part dwarf warriors, shoulder pads from chaos marauders and the hammer head from the knights of the white wolf sprue
