Why didn't you advance your Wraighknight right into your enemy face on your second turn?
I can't see anything taking him down reliably in one turn IMHO.

If it's some kind of anti-termi deepstrike tactic I'm sure your army would be able to handle it without WK's help.

Oh I wanted too, but I figured I had a good shot at blowing up the Forge Fiend. Unfortunatley I only got one guided hit and Rolled another 1 for the penetration roll. I knew I couldn't take another round of the ignoring cover salvo shots though, so turn 3 I charged.

I played overly aggressive with the wrong parts of my army and that was my biggest mistake. The Farseer and his squad would have served better if they would have turbo-boosted to the right flank behind cover and LOS.

Yea for some strange reason that wasn't clicking in my head that the Wraithknight is not a vehicle. On top of that forgeting it was big guns so he doubled up on reasons to be a linebreaker unit.
