I really like this model:
And want to use it in my Mechanicus proxy force, but how do I make it look more mechanicusy and fitting in with the Imperial aesthetic?

"Imperial" in this case means "as aerodynamic as a brick" and as subtle as a brick to the face.
Neither applies to that model, really. It will take more than just the application of some eagles/cogs to it to make it look imperial.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

It may work out if you look at the vehicles of the Horus Heresy era, they had a more streamlined look than those of the current era. Though they aren't usually as streamlined, you can get some inspiration from them. Best of luck, that is a fine model
The Legion Scimitar class jet bikes from forgeworld are a good example of an anti-grav tech

The Adeptus Custodes also has some anti-grav tech (from jet bikes to a flying rhino!) Here is the wiki which has a good number of pictures for reference

PS: Sorry for the long links

Add more skulls.
Seriously, though, the curved design is actually perfect, as that is the hull shape of a lot of "dark age of technology" relics, the kind of thing that the AdMech would have access too and a human-built grav tank would definitely fit that criteria.
You don't really need to do anything other than paint it the right way, adding cogs would make no sense, admech infantry might be steampunk/ everything + the kitchen sink, but the vehicles generally aren't.
Maybe some purity seals here and there, but nothing too drastic conversion-wise.

Any more ideas? Do you think they fit in with a Mechanicus force proxying Skyrays? I might replace them with Sicarian Venators.

I think it suits, as said, a GC/HH style force. Looking at the the Scimitar Jetbikes and Javelin Attack Land Speeders as examples, as the Outrider Bike Squadron to a lesser extent as examples.of rounded edges. But the turret needs fixing (Star Wars Battlefront 2 reference, if anyone can pick up on it) to make it imperial. Ie, less Tau, bigger calibre, or if going the energy weapon route, more exposed wires and coils.

Yeah it's for my 30k Adeptus Mechanicus army. I'll take off the gatling guns/radar turret and replace with heavy bolters or something depending on the scale of the actual model.
Exposed wiring is a really good idea as well. Any idea where I can get resin casts of Mechanicus symbols?
