Buttons Should Be Brass, Not Gold!

These are now out...
I have had a play with them for an upcoming magazine article and they aint at all bad.
The washes are nice, have an almost oily feel in how they act... The rust is really good but all are useful.
The sprays are really good If you want to do loads of vehicles really fast but get a good gaming standard on them. I have used them over the PSC colour spray and its good.
Will throw up some pics of what l painted with them if interested.

Examples would be good, yeah. I can't quite figure how using such a spray would produce a nice result, so images would be very helpful.

Appears to be kind of like an airbrush-wash in a can? Definitely could be useful. Also, seconding the examples. Seeing is never a bad thing when it comes to making me want new miniature toys.

Is there any texture to them, like that roughcoat spray that GW released?

If they make something both thick enough to give texture and thin enough to weather, rather than coat, I'd be very curious if for gimmick value alone

Base coloured model...
Spray with weathering spray...
Wipe off as much as you want with a damp cloth (I took off a bit too much I think)...
And on the table...
Took me just over half an hour to do the two tanks. As I say, its no medal winning model finish, but if you want to do a ton of stuff fast... It works. Or use it as the basis for further weathering.

Those tanks look great!
I think I am sold. I have some Cities of Death buildings that need weathering and these sprays may be just the ticket to getting them table ready.

15mm, or at least they look like it.

The prefect example of someone missing the point.
Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.
-Leman Russ, Meditations on Imperial Command book XVI (AKA the RT era White Dwarf Commpendium).
Its just a shame that they couldn't fight off Andy Chambers.

Thanks, with historicals I can never tell. Somehow I've spent half a year thinking that bolt action stuff was kinda expensive, for 15mm

Seems interesting. It'd be interesting to try it out on something - though I'd still want to know more about drying time, base, etc.

I'm impressed by the difference the spray makes. It seems particularly good for tanks.

They took half hour to do from starg to finish... that tells you the drying time, which is recommended at 10 minutes on the can.
They are water based products.
The test pieces above are 20mm.
