Is the doombolt cast by flamer of Tzeentch subject to nullification by a space marine psychic hood? Along the same lines, would T.Son sorcerers also be subject to the hood when they cast their spells?

Tzneetch spells are auto-cast and as such are unaffected by psychic hoods.

Ahoj! Wrong. Models with Mark of Tzeentch automatically pass their Psychic Tests, thus are immune to Perils of the Warp, but their Spells may be Dispelled. Flamers, as their Codex entry spells out in plain English, cast Doombolt without a test, thus their firing cannot be Psychic Hooded. Borys

Indeed. Just like Warlock powers. Except Augment.

"The last known instance of common sense happened at a GT. A player tried to use the 'common sense' argument vs. Mauleed to justify his turbo-boosted bikes getting a saving throw vs. Psycannons. The player's resulting psychic death scream erased common sense from the minds of 40k players everywhere. " - Ozymandias |

Umm.... is there a rip in the space-time continuum, or did Borys just mispell his trademark send-off?

Sure you can! Just write an all caps EDIT: at the bottom of the page and explain. That or you delete this post, secretly edit the first, and then claim that there's a rip in the space-time continuum. Hey, I offered the idea.
