The tournament was on 11/28/2013, and was a three round affair. Each victory was worth 16 points, a tie was worth 12 and a loss was worth 8. Bonus points for each game were kill opponents most expensive HQ (+1 Point), Kill most expensive unit (+1 point), line breaker (+1 point)

First opponent was a tyranid player his list was as follows

Swarmlord
Hive tyrant with armor (venom cannon)

x2 venomthropes
x2 (x3 hive guard)

x3 biovores
x1 Carnifex

x1 tervrigon ,catalyst, claw
x20 termaguants in pod with the gun of many shots
x1 tervrigon, catalyst, claw
x20 termaguants in pod with the gun of many shots

I cannot remember it fully but that was the jist with lots of psipowers.

swarmlord rolled on biomancy and got iron arm and some other powers.
hive tyrant rolled on biomancy and ended up getting endurence and some other powers.
both tervrigons chose to keep catalyst, pods in reserve.

He chooses to go first and deploys after we are done setting up objectives, one in my corner in some reinforced area terrain (base level of some ruins), and he has his behind some los blocking terrain.
I hold the two tacticals and x1 combat in reserve (in the pods)
I deploy the thunderfire cannons on the base level of the ruins, I split the scouts into two groups. one being behind the aegis and manning the quad gun with Julius (tigerius), and the other in a area of terrain that I also reinfored. Hyperios launches were touching the area terrain of the base of the ruins, peaking over the aegis. Centurions deploy dead center with the DA librarian.

Tigerius rolled for powers: prescience, precognition, and perfect timing
DA Librarian rolled for powers: prescience and perfect timing.

He has deployed all; the MC on his line of the deployment, I roll to sieze and succeed.

Turn #1: Pod comes in behind the los blocking terrain, next to a unit of hive guard, second drop pod joins in only several inches away, all combat squaded. I forget to use tactical docterine here (I was running on no sleep)

Tig casts prescience on one tfc, and ignore cover on the scouts.
DA LIbrarian casts both powers on the centurions.

Shooting: Centurions destroy the swarmlord- First Blood, slay the warlord, most expensive unit., most expensive Hq
tacticals finish off x2 hive guard in one squad, tfc's both fire into the other squad of hive guard and kill one. other fire puts several wounds on various mc
assault: nothing

Tyranid #1: Tyrant casts endurence, one tervrigon make 15 babies, rolling 456, damn. he moves them backwards, they are still far away from the tacticals, but he goes back with one tervrigon with it. The others move up with the venomthropes staying behind to blanket him with 5+ cover:

Shooting: I loose I think 6 marines total from the biovores, destributed amongst the 4 tactical combat squads, no one breaks, no special weapons lost. Centurions take one wound from a hive guard.
MCs run forward
Assault: nothing

Turn #2
I manage to keep the drop-pod out with Julius(tigerius' reroll of the reserves)
However only x2 storm talons arive, even with rerolls.

tacticals move towards the hidden biovores, and try to spread out to avoid the barrage death.
centurions move up

Tigerius casts prescience on the scouts, and casts perfect timing on himself, as he moves and joins the Hyperios defense launchers.
Da Librarian casts prescience and perfect timing on the cents.

Shooting:
Centurions finish off the hive tyrant
tfc x2 fire onto large group of gaunts, finishing them off.
turrets fire into carnifex causing x2 wounds
scouts fire into a tervrigon, causing I think 2 wounds.
storm talons kill remaining hive guard in one unit, although the squad left with 1 is still alive.
Tacticals that cannot see the biovores, run forward

Tyranids turn 2:

1 pod arrives, he puts it next to one of my pods in his deployment zone, guants deploy.
tervrigons both cast catalyst, one on himself ( the rear one), and the other casts it on the carnifex.

Everything moving towards me does, rear tervrigon continues to move towards the area with the tactical marines.

rear tervrigon makes 12 babies, this time rolling doubles. Front one makes around 10 and moves them close to the centurions.
Shooting, puts a wound on another centurion, (i moved it so the wounded one was not the closest model)
termaguants shoot into a 5 man squad and take the unit down to two members, who then break.
Biovores then kill another wipe another reduced combat squad.

Assault

Here the tervrigaunts assault the centurions, and the tervrigan does as well.
He says here that a tervrigon is not a Character so I cannot challenge, I dont press it.

centurions take no damage from the gaunts, while I take only one wound from the terigon. ( he did not smash, cause he wanted the cents to survive)
I cause several wounds back to the gaunts with the cents/ staff.
we stay locked.

Turn #3
Last Storm talon arrives, I keep the drop pod out.
Tig casts prescience on a tfc, and casts precg on himself, as he goes to join the melee.
da lib casts prescience on the squad successfully.
tfc fisnish off the gaunts from the drop pod
tacticals move forward taking shots at the 12 man unit of gaunts, downing several.
storm talons move to hover to block the tervrigon from reaching the tacticals and cause all but two wounds.
last storm talon finishes off remaining hive gaurd.
missles cause several wounds to the carnifex.
scouts do nothing
in melee tigerius runs into join the unit, touching the tervrigon
Tigerius swings at the tervrigon, knowing very well he could die this round. I cause 3 wounds, he fails one save, tig uses force weapon.
centurions finish off spawned gaunts, the dont consolidate far enough away from the carnifex.

Tyranids turn three, final pod arrives, he puts it close to the marines in his backfield. they deploy, tervrigon prepares to assault a storm talon.

shooting, several marines die, leaving me with only 5 marines in his deplorment zone.
carnifex charges the centurions, and even though he does not smash, finishes off the squad.
tervrigon assaults one storm talon, destroying it.

Marine #4
Drop pod arrives, I have it go near the carnifex it needs to die.
tacticals move towards his objective, they are on it.
I remember to use tactical docterine this turn.
tig casts prescience on some scouts, while perfect timing on himself as he jumps again to the launchers.

Shooting: turrets and combat squad finish off the carnifex.
storm talons fire into last tervrigon, killing it.
tfc's fire into pod gaunts and killing them.

It was at this point my opponent conceded, since he only had his biovore, and x2 venomthropes on the board.

I got a victory
First blood
Line breaker
slay the warlord

Bonus points, linebreaker, most expensive unit, most expensive HQ

He got a loss
Most expensive unit

I will post round #2 later, it was against an Ultramarines player with Iron Hand allies.

His List

Tigerius
chapter master on bike, fire sword, shield eternal, artificer
Tactical squad x3 plas, combiplas, missle
full bike squad +Ab, x2 grav, MM
Dev squad, x4 LAS
Forgeworld dreadnaught (mortis) x2 twinlinked auto cannons, and x1 cyclone missle launcher
x3 centurions with grav cannons, grav amps, and missles.
