No tactical rock either! What were they thinking?

Picked up the BA captain. Weirdly over here he was slightly cheaper than the regular McFarlane figures. Pretty happy with it, same quality as the previous marine releases.

Is the BA Captain available in North America now? The prices I'm seeing online are quite a bit more than the last wave and looks like the earliest available is in September.

Also, any word on when the Genestealer will become available?

Because HQs cost way more than Troops, silly.

Because GW.

Also, maybe because production scale, I suppose? And I guess the Zaku would be a plamo instead of an action figure, but that's actually a positive for me ^^

GW doesn't set the price for these, Bandai does and it's perfectly in line with their larger Figuarts and other premium figure prices.

Hmm. Anyone in the U.K. know where I can pre-order the Flayed One from?

I can only find the Artist’s Proof version.

macfarlanes 40k stuff is pretty good but it has almost no panel line or detail.

ALL those figures cold use a good wash and panel lining and then they really pop!

Considering the price point difference...will happily take that extra work over $550 Australian dollars for the Gravis Captain.

(That said, I have bough the base Primaris and the Hellblaster in the base grey so I knew I was going to have to put work into them)

Great that they're doing more stuff that isn't Primaris Marines, but at least 3 seperate Mega-armoured Ork figures with only slight variations between them? Not sure what to think about that part, really.

Somehow Riever leg armour looks even more silly in that form.

Oh FFS! Artist Proofs are alternative sculpts.

Boooooo! I don’t wanna paint my minis, let alone my action figures!

Genestealer is ace though.

The scaling does seem to be a little off, like the Mega Armour looks like it shrunk in the wash compared to the size of the Orks themselves. I thought the midsection of the Mega Armour would be wider than what they made it look like, not to mention how minimal the coverage is on the arms and legs.

Genestealer is probably the most normal looking of the bunch.

For the Orks, I think it’s probably because the legs are straightened, rather than the customary Orky squat?

Yeah, I think that's what throwing me off. They don't have the typical hunchback gorilla pose.
