Looking at putting together a 1750 Chaos list that is scalable to 1850. I want a (relatively) fast list with the ability to disrupt opponents shooting and control the board through movement. Here is my initial thoughts. Please tell me what you'd cut to make it 1750 and what you think I'd need to add to make it better.

Demon detachment (Primary)
Great Unclean One, Exalted Reward (Grimoire), Greater Reward, Level 3 Psyker
10x Plague Bearers
10x Plague Bearers
Demon Prince, Mark of Nurgle, 2x Greater Reward, Wings, Power Armor, Level 2 Psyker
Demon Prince, Mark of Nurgle, 2x Greater Reward, Wings, Power Armor, Level 2 Psyker
Herald of Khorne, Exalted Reward (Portalglyph), Juggernought
15 Khorne Hounds

CSM detachment (Allies)
Lord, Mark of Nurgle, Bike, Aura of Dark Glory, Lightning Claw, Powerfist
10 Cultists
Helldrake

The scouting herald + dogs should provide an early disruption force. The nurgle bike lord and two demon princes should help with early target saturation. The GUO is a sponge and to anchor the center of the board for me mid-late game. The Heldrake is the response force, coming from reserves to shore up a weak point or reinforce success and the scoring units try to come in late to grab objectives.

If you could find the points for Greater Locus of Fury and a lesser reward (axe of khorne) for the Khorne Herald it could really be a boon to that unit. +2 attacks on the charge and an AP2 weapon that can insta kill on 6s would make them really scary.

Where's the Nurgle Lord going? He kind of seems like easy pickings with everything else you've got around, though admittedly I don't know what that aura is.

Looks pretty nasty overall though.

The Nurgle Lord is just going to run by himself. He should be fairly resilient with 3+/5++ (from the Aura) and T6. He should also be a big enough threat to draw firepower off the hounds and demons when he turbo boosts within 12-15 inches of the opponent's line on turn 1. His foot print is also small enough that with good terrain I could conceivably hide him behind something. Good tips on the Locus of Fury and the Lesser Reward. I'll have to see where I can cut something.
