If an infantry assault a unit behind a difficult terrain roll 3 dice and choose the lower ones
However, if a jump infantry use jump pack to assault, can ignore any difficult terrain modifier
so, if my jump pack assault marines assault enemy behind ADL, it count as a difficult terrain? or they can charge as normal? (2d6 and reroll)
what if a jump pack unit does have fleet?

If they use their jump packs, then they jump over the aegis and ignore it completely.
If they charge on foot (because they used the packs in the preceding movement phase, probably) then they treat it the same as if they were tactical marines.

Also take note if your assault marines have grenades.

From the FAQ:
"Q: Do models that ignore difficult terrain when moving or
charging still fight at Initiative step 1 if they charge through
difficult terrain? (p22)
A: Yes."
Jimsolo is correct though IMO. Per the Skyborn rule in the Jump Infantry description they are permitted to move over terrain instead of through it. I just wanted to clarify that 'ignoring difficult terrain' is not enough to prevent the initiative penalty.

You need to be very careful if you say "every". You can often find an exception.

Indeed, my Warp Talons would like to have a word with him. And with Phil Kelly for making them cost as much as terminators.

You cannot go over anything when assaulting however.
So if you assault using the jump packs you get hammer of wrath, you don't roll 3D6 and drop the highest for difficult terrain.
However you have to make dangerous terrain tests for the unit.
Same goes for jetbikes when they assault.

You only roll for Dangerous Terrain if they end the movemeant in terrain. If they just jump over an Agis then they dont have to take the test.

is'nt supposed to roll for dangerous terrain only if start and stop on impervious terrain?
however, i prefer to risk a 16% possibilities to get 1 wound (and then save them with 3+) than fail assault movement and get another full round of shooting...

I'm not sure what you trying to say here but some of it does not seem to match the rules for jump units.
-The can jump over terrain with their charge move
-No dangerous terrain check unless they begin or end their move in the terrain
Skyborn, page 47, BRB
"When using its jump pack (whether moving, charging or falling back, as we'll discuss in a moment) a model can move over all other models and all terrain freely. However, if the model begins or ends its move in difficult terrain, it must take a Dangerous Terrain test."
Same for the Jetbikes except they don't need to use a jump move to do this.
