you might be able to get them seperately if you ask, or buy a pack of figures just for the helmets. they're not that expensive. In fact they might make better star command figures than marines.

Depending how many you need you may want to figure out if the little plastic things that candies/prizes come in (you know, the machines your kid asks for a quarter for to drop in the machine at the grocery store) if you need TONS of them you might be best to find a wholesaler, if not just go clean out your local box of them and watch as people whisper about the grown man over there who is buying all the candy out of  the machine.
