Going to start a thread just so everyone can see some of the stuff I am working on in blender. It will probably be updated weekly.

Badge I made for red feather casting. Blurry area on top is just problem in render.

Starting a Myrmidon! Five hours later, I have got a rough measure of the feet.
I will be active with this until next Thursday, but won't have any time for the next 2 weeks after that.

Excellent work. I love your steampunk style. What scale is this designed for?

It's a little over 2.75 inches tall and is meant for 28-32 mm scale

Impressive. Nice to see something completely different in terms of a plog.

So the idea is to have it 3D printed when your done.

They are going to get printed, just right now funds are tied up with printing my brother some custom dice and my sister a phone case.

All of the armor is done with basic shapes, and most of it has been optimized and beveled for subdivide. The cloth is coming in, and then the uncovered skin followed by the chains.

I made the model better, it now is one kit and hollow on parts of the inside, which saves about 20 dollars on cost. Not necessarily cool from a hobbyist perspective but took I while to do. Progress slow on the new model, all my faces look like old asian men.

So the first model is now being printed by shapeways, should get here sometime between the 8th and 10th of January. Did a little bit of work, arms and lower legs are going to be covered in chains, and still haven't done sculpting on the head cloak, but i feel the proportions are a bit messed up. Any opinions?

And she is done except for the armor and engraving, haven't chained the arms or built the sword but have started what the zealots will be carrying.
Update- sword done and chains on arms are finished, on to detailing menofix and adding the carriers. Then engraving the armor!
Update-just checked its cost on shapeways- this model costs less than 20 right now, but I still have to add the carriers.
