Painting a guard tower for my Morrowind stuff. Unfortunately my printer's out of ink, so I can't plaster it with some fan made City Watch posters I found off of the internet. ...Unless I can be arsed buying ink that is, but then it'd be another week before I bothered myself to post anything in my Elder Scrolls blog.
Oh the 1st world problems which I have to face every day.

Worked on the base for the FW Primarch Angron. Finished the two dudes he's chopping up. Working on the dude he's stomping on. Also, Monday was the lowest humidity day we had in a while, so Sunday I assembled a bunch of stuff for priming on Monday.

Game day today. Going to try out Guild Ball (apparently Morticians v. Brewers), and then demo Saga.
Also considering selling my WWX miniatures. Apparently there's been some trouble between Outlaw and the local store, so the main scene's kinda died down. Now I've got a bunch of Warrior Nation in foam that isn't doing much of anything lately. Wasn't entirely satisfied with the game even when it was being played.

Painting a Necron Ghost Ark unfortunately I glued the warriors in BEFORE painting it and it's now a nightmare to get to them fully, I do seem to make things difficult for myself...... :-(

Tonight's goal is to finish painting my Infinity Neoterran starter. I'm finally down to the final figure! If I can manage to finish him in a timely manner, I'll also start working on the SOTR Soviet Commissar character that's waiting for a basecoat.
Oooh nice Barzam. I foolishly choseca black color scheme for my panO because I R snowflakez... and it has really hamstrung the project...
Got both kids all night tonight while the wife works... On the rare chance of a double naptime (kind of like a double rainbow) I'm gonna get back to painting some army type grunts.

I started up a new blog last night to show my hobby exploits among other stuff, and I'll probably be working on pumping out 3-4 posts in the next few days. Shameless plug I know, but here's a link if any of you are interested
3 airports, TSA, a number of airport personnel and baggage handlers... And majority of my army came intaced.
Those who got some damage are being repared as we speak! Also, I got few halberds & power staffs to equip my XV-8 commander and turn him into a FarSight proxy.
Just wrote a list for a 30k game tomorrow.
Its IF vs. WE (me), 2500 pts.
Angron and 5 Red Butchers in a LR to take the lead.
The rest is 2x 20 Assault Marines, 20 Tactical Marines, two Dreads, and two Praetors leading the AM units.

Finally completed some skitarii this week. They have been sitting basecoated silver, washed with Nuln Oil and robes painted for months, and really just needed detailing, basing and varnishing. So:
10 Rangers 10 Vanguard 5 Sicarian Infiltrators 5 Thallax/Myrmidons/something made from cheap eM-4 plastic robots, Skitarii leftovers and my bits box. And old guitar string!
First thought - Martian Ironearth base gloop is nifty stuff. Really like the effect.
Up for next week - Skaven in Spaaaaace...
Tonight, will be reading a couple of Two Hour Wargames rulesets for a new Traveller-style minis campaign.

Tonight, I get home pretty late due to an event with work. So, my time will be fairly limited. My hope is to work on some Heavy Gear minis. Planning on working on a Chasseur and my second Armiger. The Armiger should go fast. I managed the other one in a couple hours. I ought to be able to do it again.
Magnetization for skitarii. Special weapons for troops with the exception of arquebuses, options for switching between ironstrider & dragoon, and lastly all the pieces for the dunecrawlers are all getting magnets. I even magnetized the hinges of the dunecrawler hatch to be able to mount out the stubber gunner or have it closed.
So far I've only botched the polarities on a single trooper, but it was only on one side so the magnet of the other side still hold the option in place thankfully.

Made up a set of order dice in case I can convince anyone round here to try the current Warpath beta rules out. Planning on painting up two long overdue saurus cavalry to finish off a KoW kaisenor lancer regiment.

Got in a starter box game of DZC last night (my UCM vs PHR), I lost but in the process got a few people interested in trying out a demo game in the near future.

On Thursday I played a game of Warmachine using my new Mercs. I won against Haley 3 with a swarm of zombies. The guy liked my army's paint job so much he commissioned me to paint his Stormwall colossal.
It had some bad green stuff repairs and needed drastic work. Before and after pics to come.
Also, check out my history blog: Minimum Wage Historian, a fun place to check out history that often falls between the couch cushions.

Working g out some really simple rules for when I just set my models up to do scenarios for picture taking.
Maybe slapping some paint on my current secret project.
I keep looking at that one, especially with the new shanty town terrain. Except I have a cupboard full of their sci-fi terrain still unbuilt. And may have gone in a little heavy on the Devil's Run kickstarter. And Warpath. And 7 Sins.
Oh dear.

Ruining a Ghostkeel by turning it into something for my pre-Heresy army.
Right now the suit is at this stage, almost done, minus some armour pieces and other bits of conversion:
The left arm has a built-in fusion cutter or the like, representing a close combat weapon or something. The right arm is empty as of now, but I've dug around and am torn between the following two options right now:
#1
Taurox cannon and a single shoulder-mounted minigun for the left shoulder.
#2
Ditch the cannon and shoulder-mounted minigun in favour of a Taurox gatling cannon, because gatling-good.
