Ok changed that. What to add in that pts? Maybe magical banner on WRs?
Standard of discipline on SoT?
Apart from my mistake what's your opinion on the list?

10 waywatchers is nowhere near enough to deal with armour. I'm not convinced that 20 is. Either go for 20 and hope they don't miss, or go for a mix. (20 watchers and 20 Bodkins glade guard.)

Should i cut the scouts? Cause i don't think that WR and SoT should leave the list or be reduced.

What about now? I cut 1 sister, the scouts, changed one GG unit arrow type to hagbane and i added 10 more WW.
Maybe i should change GRs arrow type to trueflight?

Where are your characters going? All in the Sisters?
I'd probably switch all the hagbanes over to trueflight.
This actually looks very similar to my list except I've got some characters on foot so they don't all have to go into the Sisters (or Wild Riders). Your well covered for armour now. Your issue will be other gunlines and that's where trueflight helps.

I don't know if trueflight helps with gunlines, as the main culprit is Dwarves, and the major issue is war machines. The way around this is to follow the Dark Elf route, and stack a flank with 30 scouts with the poisoned arrows. The blocks are fine, you can outshoot any BS based shooting by far, short of the dark elf cauldron gunline, and even then, you have two turns of game control.

Quarrellers out shoot Glade Guard, Hawaii Matt did the maths in thread for my near identical list. You have Waywatchers and Eagles for Warmachines and with Dwarves it is only really Grudge throwers that are an issue. You can keep out of range of Organguns until you want to be in range and cannons have no real good targets.

High magic. You really need that lore attribute so you don't lose LOS quite as quick.
That said you could really use some more bodies in the sisters unit.
The first loss means you loose look out.
If somebody showed up with a pair of cannons, the first look out takes out a rank and file, the shot is on characters.
Yeah, you might make the ward save... but you might fail and lose your level 4 before your first turn. ~3 more sisters would really help with that.

So what can I cut and fix? I have 10 SoT now so I can fit them. Also I have 20 WRs so I can more.
Though I used to play with the old book three years ago, I haven't played for a while and I'm kinda lost with the new book.
So any advice would be appreciated..

I don't normally tell people to take my list but our lists are so similar here's what I'd do. Here the BsB and General are in Glade Guard for safer keeping. Here it is:
Spell Weaver: lvl4, shadow: Talisman of Preservation 265
Glade Captain: BsB: Hail of Doom Arrow 130
Spell Singer: lvl2, Death: Dispell Scroll, elven steed 150
Spell Singer: lvl2, Death: elven steed 125
10 Glade Guard: trueflight, std & mus 170
10 Glade Guard: trueflight, std & mus 170
10 Glade Guard: starfire, std & mus 180
10 Glade Guard: trueflight, std & mus 170
6 Wild Riders: champion, std, BoEW, shields 198
6 Wild Riders: champion, std, shields 188
5 Sisters of the Thorne: musician 140
10 Waywatchers: sentinel 210
10 Waywatchers 200
Eagle 50

Why Waywatchers against Warmachines? Isn't the T7 mean it will be difficult to wound over poison arrows from Glade Guard, Riders or Scouts?

I wanted to ask the same. Your list doesn't contain any hagbane, how would you kill warmachines?

Waywatchers have XHWs with scouts so they can kill Warmachines in combat turn 2.

They can only do that against stupid opponents (charging warmachines early), but it does help indeed if you can saturate the field
The only reliable things against warmachines is massed poison shots or flying units with very small footprints (so that you can sneak them between the opponent's blocks and their warmachines)
Also keep in mind that until an eventual FAQ, magical arrows are 0-1 choices (being optional magic items and all)

Just repeating this over and over again doesn't make it true.
Wauwatchers are skirmishers between them 2 Eagles and trueflight spam you make your opponent make difficult decisions. Trueflight is about 2/3 times as effective against warmachines as poison and so much more effective against other things that it really is the go to arrow.

If they are 0-1, Glade Guard (and similar units) can't take them at all because you take 10 in one go with them, minimum.

In a one on one matchup, yes. BUT, when you have a list with two hard hitting cavalry units bearing down on you, scouts stacking a flank ready to tear apart your flank, those glade guard really aren't that much of a threat.
Not to mention the key point of the quarrellers being a single unit vs the glade guard being multiple units.
