Can we get some close up shots of things before this launches?

I want to see a close up of that minotaur, especially if it has it's own special EB pledge level!

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

@highlord, we will be posting close ups of the Minotaur over the next few days likely!

@greywulf, glad to hear!

The latest close up posted on our Facebook page

One of the starting miniatures available, this is the Female Paladin(Yellow). She comes in 4 pieces; Body, Sword arm and 2 pieces of cloth.

This is the piece Emuse Studio will be painting as part of a pledge in our kickstarter!

Made of Resin, Cast in the USA!

She looks quite good. Space between fingers too? This is a resin cast, not a master?

yup these are resin casts

The sorceress actually has space between all fingers

No problems with the casting on them

For those of you who are or who have not yet started, be sure to check out our Shareaway for Giveaway event we are running to help promote our kickstarter, and our work.

We dont just sell products, we work for other miniature companies as well! This kickstarter is primarily to help fund us giving us more time to develop our skills and focusing on professional/commercial work and less time taking private commissions.

To see what James is putting together for his 2000 Likes Giveaway, check out his blog here:

It's HAMMER TIME!!

Here is another one of our starting miniatures, the Male Cleric.

We think this guy in particular could be used in a wide variety of games to bring fiery beatings to your foes!

Two new stretch goals added!

FIRST UP! The Dark Knight! This massive guy towers above the rest, standing about 40-42mm tall, we have adjusted the pose in the sculpt and added a daemonic arm. This character would fit great into Warhammer Chaos armies, any campaign running a bad ass dark knight, and hes going to be sweet to paint too!

Next, the new race! DRAGONBORN!

These powerful and monstrous creature men will truly look the part. They stand on 40mm bases at about 45-48mm tall. Their mass makes them feel truly powerful and destructive!

This mean that so far they will be two free miniatures for the Magical Adventure Path pledgers at $20,000 and $30,000?

Well, you get my money with that Dragonborn. Tempted by the minotaur, but much prefer to add more reptiles to my ever-growing clutch. Pledged.

Hopefully he will be bigger, bulkier, and more awesome than everyone else in the line, as is apt for all reptiles which are purchased by my family.

Yes sir!

@Highlord, Glad to see you on board Dont you worry, the dragonborn makes everything else look tiny, he's a bit smaller than the minotaur and less complex a cast.

Do you think you could allow backers to pledge through paypal?
I've seen this done in a couple other campaigns, and that'd allow me to take part of this.
For the first time I'm really considering pledging, despite having been sorely tempted by a few great campaigns (KD,CC, ...) and regretting missing them.
Otherwise if you have someone to get rid off to get me one of those Magical Adventure pledge, let me know...

What will be the kickstarter price when the early birds are gone? Money is a little tight for me at the moment, but I'm very interested in your project.

Should the amount of the shipping costs be added to the pledge?

From the kickstarter comments:

Creator - Legion of the Cow LTD, about 16 hours ago

@motion, I'll add that to the FAQ , but yes go ahead and add your shipping in now, all our numbers are calculated so if it helps fund the project sooner and hit stretch goals sooner, the better for everyone I think!

Personally, I think that's a bad idea.

Using money that should be earmarked for shipping to 'hit stretch goals sooner' is a recipe for disaster.

I must say I agree with this sentiment, it'll artificially increase the funds they apparently would get and they'll have to pay the kickstarter percentage on shipping too if I understodd how this works .
Seems odd to me at least.

Certainly valid concerns. But as they've indicated, perhaps they've already figured this into the numbers.

@BOB, if Paypal is the difference between pledging and not, Im sure we can work it in

@Sinful hero, The prices are all posted n the "Add-ons" section, those are the prices for all the pledge levels for any additional miniatures. If we sell out the 500 Magical Adventure packs, your next best option is "Let's Get It Started!" which includes two 30mm miniatures. We have since added the upgrade/swap system(posted near the top and in the update) in case you want a different sized mini rather than a 30mm mini from your pledge.

@corgan, yes sir.

@Alpharius/BOB, we have calculated all our shipping, and all our costs as percentages, so we fully understand the impact shipping has on our KS $$. Regardless of when its paid, it still costs us the same amount of $$ at the end. No matter how the transaction is done, we will have to pay the same fees. Generally speaking the $$ raised averages at a predictable amount /person, meaning shipping percentages stay in the same cost bracket no matter when the $$ is added.

Anyone know how the pledging in non-US currencies work? Do I have to pay straight away or does it get deducted only at the end of the KS?

You pay at the end of the KS just like you do of those in US $,

however KS itself does the payment processing (instead of Amazon) so you'll be asked to input CC details when you pledge for a non-US project the first time

As Orlando has said, they prompt you tpo setup credit card. I just had this when I backed Last Saga's kickstarter. Never backed a non US based KS myself!
