so don't know at tge moment if this will work in the new edition, but i like the idea of having 7 flyers dominating the sky.

The only thing that doesn't really synergize in this list are the genestealers. What's the reasoning for taking them? Is it for some backfield objective holding? Because if not, you would be better off taking something else, like a small warrior squad or buffing your zoanthrope broods.

He's taking them for the third compulsory troop choice to round out the allied detachment. That being said, although I do agree that warriors would be better, I have a hard time figuring out what to drop for them. This is very similar to the 1850 list that I would run and it looks nasty. Yeah, if it were me...I'd drop a Harpy, and the Stealers, and put in Warrior Brood, then Double the Zoeys...

The secondary detachment has to been from a different codex to the primary. unless you have another primary which has to been from the same codex as the first primary.
Is there something to suggest thats no longer the case in the 7th ed?
