I run my own vinyl decal gig, and I cut myself an ork head decal for my tape measure. When I headed down to my local gaming shop, I barely managed to get it out of my bag before being questioned about where I got it. So I picked up a handful of tape measures that matched mine, and made a few more. 11 tapes later, no one;s tape measure has "miraculously disappeared", and I'm here to offer them to you!



Currently, I can only ship within the USA. I will look into expanding out of this soon.
Cost per tape measure with single-color custom logo starts at $12. +$3 for shipping. I will include a spare decal for you to keep. Some of my friends have hung on to them in case their first gets damaged, and some have smoothed down the other side of the tape and slapped in on both sides.



Specs:
The tape measure is super nice, and fits easily in the palm of any hand. The outer coating is a rubbery plastic compound that has a bit of grip to it. The lock is very sturdy, and it comes stock without a belt clip.
The vinyl I use is Oracal 651, which is a 6+ year outdoor vinyl made for automotive use, so it's very resilient and has a waterproof adhesive.

I've been in talks with my LGS about making some deals to provide them at tournaments as prizes, or even just a nice piece to include for everyone that signs up for some of the more prestigious events.

I didn't list it above, but I've also cut out 1/2" decals for tanks that have worked pretty well! My friend was complaining about having to hand paint all of those Ulthwe symbols so I figured I would help him out and they have worked wonderfully. The matte black vinyl is very receptive to paint!

How about a dakkadakka tape measure to show our geekiness . Maybe a mod could hit up the big kahuna and see about doing a "do you measure up to being a true DakkaDakka supporter?" Or "Show your support on the table with the Rule of Cool " give dakka a cut on each tape measure and see if we couldn't make a big order as a DCM perk or group purchase. Just an idea, I am in no way affiliated with the financials of DakkaDakka.

Well, I was inquiring with a Dakka tape measure in mind, but likely for starters it would just be for DCMs (like we've done with the Dakka Dice). Will take further discussion to PM shortly, bockscars.
