I love the Standard Bearer, and I say keep the lines on the back of the flag. It reminds me of static, which is very in keeping with Chaos. The fact there's no readily apparent meaning and it's odd, to say the least, fits in perfectly with the idea of this army being possessed.

Overall, amazing work and attention to detail. How long have you been doing this?

I must say, even having been here for less than 6 hours, this is definately one of my favorite armies I have seen anywhere for a LONG-LONG time.

The Camouflage on the tank is nice and crisp as well - any tips on painting with tape for jagged camo?

Cheers, sA~

Oh, Death was never enemy of ours!
We laughed at him, we leagued with him, old chum.
No soldier's paid to kick against His powers.
We laughed - knowing that better men would come,

He wars on Death, for lives; not men, for flags.

Cheers mate

I use masking tape to get that effect, you can pick it up in most hobbie stores

basically you spray one level, apply the tape, spray another level and peel it off

I've heard you can also use blue-tac to get a similar effect. Have you ever tried that?

plenty, but the effect gives you very rounded feathered edges, tape gives very clear concise geometric shapes

Ok, cool. Might try that out sometime - Investing in some FW Cadian IG kits, then some West Wind Heads, then a Chimera.

Thanks for the inspiration!

Congrats on selling the BB! It's nice to see a fresh variation on guard, and I've been agonizing over getting some of those PI heads: you've convinced me Do you use an airbrush to do your coats of paint? They look very smooth!

Can't wait to see more of your traitorous scum!
