I think we need to see what determines a god in the 40k universe.
1) Have to make physical manifestations of self.
---Emperor, and Chaos Gods. Avatar of Khaine.

Therefor Gork and Mork are not gods as I've never seen either one of them influence the orks or the universe.

This is the fluff section, of course there's going to be these arguments. There's only so much fluff that GW puts out for us to read.

Orks build their Gargants in the image of Gork or Mork, so they do have physcial manifestations, in a way.

Yes, but those physical manifestations are made by the orks themselves and not by gork or mork.Unlike the emperor and the chaos gods can make warp storms and demons and other good things depending on your point of view.

Ooh, this has strayed into a very interesting fine point of Ork theology. Ork technology only operates because of a direct manifestation of their faith in Gork (or possibly Mork). In that light, the height of Ork engineering is a very real manifestation of the power of their gods to physically impact the universe. Indeed, each and every slugga is an affirmation of Mork's (or possibly Gork's) mighty power. With how numerous Orks are, I think that Gork and Mork are the most physically manifested of any of the gods. Made by Orks, but constantly powered by their cunningly crutal and brutally cunning gods.

English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleyways and mugs them for loose grammar.

Yes, but that could be simply because of who made the orks, I think it was the necrontyr or something like that. The point is that not even the most theological orks know what gork or mork look like, so they could both be the same god that doesn't exist or even four seperate gods that don't exist.

Twas' the Old Ones who created the Orks (as well as the Eldar, and possibly even seeded Humanities creation) to fight against the Necron and the C'tan. Orks are essentially bio-engineered to fight all the time, be self-reliant, be powerful latent psykers, be hard to get rid of etc. Essentially, so two of humanities greatest enemies are the ones made to fight the super-advanced masters of the physical universe. Makes Sense.

Given the way the Ork thinks, it's safe to say that Gork and Mork look like...Orks (Green iz best!), just bigger, stronger, and more stompy than a normal Ork.
