This has already been covered, Cypher is only know as a 'fallen' to the DA. But he has names and alias and reputations everywhere. (pretty much)

I dont thinkl Cypher should be there at all becouse the DA have surpressed all knowlage of him and the 'Fallen' not even the High lords of Terra know of him.

The hivemind has to be number 1.

Read the thread (or at least some of it) before posting. In fluff concerning Cypher it says that he is wanted all over the galaxy by various security forces. But is only the DA who know he is a fallen.
