Oh my! I can say that if this keeps going on at this level of originality and execution the Sci-fi podium currently at Infinity will change hands

Really, when I saw the concept art I knew they could pull off sexy chicks with not problems but was curious to see how would soda pop handle the machines, well they made it perfectly... concept is great since you still have your eyes glued on the gal yet she has some kind of huge mechmoto.

A must have that I will get as soon as it hit the stores.

Amazing really, this is probably the best new company of the year for me.

So, do you have a rough approx of how much that gal on a mecha will be?

Hmmmm, valid point. Anyone who purchased Candy willing to set her next to a GW for a size comparison?

She's still in the blister, but I can do a comparison for you later, when I get home. She's much smaller than a usual GW model, in case you are wondering.

Have to agree with you on this, A definite highlight of the year for me. It is like a breath of fresh air - makes me want to paint agan.

2014 will be the year of zero GW purchases. Kneadite instead of GS, no paints or models. 2014 will be the year I finally make the move to military models and away from miniature games.

Very nice model. I may have to pick her up and steal the idea of using her as Shadowsun.

Here is a comparison for size. She is about as tall as Njal (not including the cloak) but much much thinner. At first I thought she was tiny, but then I realized she was just very thin compared to most gw miniatures. Sorry, this was all I had on-hand to compare her to since the rest of my stuff is packed in my car.

Awesome! I'll go ahead and forgive you now.

If Malya's the same size, that would be right about perfect for a Tau chick. Kind of a big suit for Shadowsun, but still too cool to not do it.

I'm definately gonna pick up the new one. Nice sculpting, great lines.

Ours too! Jacques, the sculptor, informed us that it is the most complex model he's ever sculpted. We are working on assembly instructions that will be a downloadable pdf on our site to help out.

I've given up on super glue. Epoxy is what I use now for metal. It's not cheap and if you get the 1 minute you don't have a lot of working life so if you aren't careful you can waste a lot of it but good luck ever breaking an epoxy bond, even with small surfaces. That and it smells worst than most superglues.

Beautiful sculpt, definately will pick her up down the road just for a show piece.

Nice!

I definitely be picking this up...

Hopefully, GW doesn't totally hamstring the upcoming (I hope!) Inquisition Codices so I can figure out a way to 'counts as' her in there somehow!

Hey guys,
Since scale seems to be one of our most asked questions we snapped some pics of Candy and Malya next to models from some other lines so you can get a better sense of the size of our models.

As you can see our models are a bit more lithe than traditional 40k or PP models, sharing closer proportions to lines like Infinity or Confrontation. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

I feel that the only problem with the sculpt is the mechs feet, they are a bit to flat for me

Such fantastic minis, I only wish I could figure out how to work them into Dark Elves or Tyranids to justify owning them (outside of the "just because they look awesome" reason).
