Price of this, I might as well buy the rest of the Malfaux stuff.

Can't use them in Malfaux? WTF

If I bring Teddy to the party do I win?

Box of 8 puppets at 32 dollars = 4 dollars per model. Pretty much the cheapest metal minis you're gonna find.

Wow even more expensive than GW! Hobbits are 4 metal minis for 15 dollars.

All kidding about the price aside, the minis look great. I will see if anyone I know picks up a copy, so I can give the game a spin before I put down my hard earned cash.

Build a fire for a man and he will be warm for a day; set a man on fire and he will be warm for the rest of his life.

Sly Marbo was originally armed with a power weapon, but he dropped it while assaulting a space marine command squad just so his enemies could feel pain.

Sly Marbo doesn't go to ground, the ground comes to him.

I want to like this game, but look of Puppets does not do anyhting for me at all. I feel like it does not know if it wants to be a board game or a mini game. I mean for 5 bucks more I bought Super Dungeon Explore and that looks like you get a great deal more. Also if I want to play with 2 more players I have to spend another 35 bucks...wtf?

SDE is a much more well thought out and executed game, Puppet wars is overly complex and plays clunky its definatly not the beer and pretzels game that they promised in the begining.

I assume you have a copy, then?

Or played it at gencon?

What is overly complex about it?
