Least favourite... Almost anything from the Eldar. Considering their race is on the brink of total destruction and they are all slowly dying, they are awefully cocky. If your gonna be cocky atleast make sure you are terrifying to start with.

I enjoyed reading everyone's quotes but the only quote I have ever really enjoyed from 40K (and it is a universal quote really) is:

The Ork 'dex is full of little gems, many of which are scattered within the actual rules. For example, in the Warboss entry of the army list, there's an asterisk on the warbike option - the note reads "A Warboss may not have both mega armour and a warbike, as he would probably fall off a lot." I'd take a handful more subtle jokes like these slipped in over a hundred of the usual call-out quotes (normally a stream of dropped initial syllables, S-->Z substitution, and "hurr hurr"-ing), all of which feel nearly identical after the first two or so are read.

In fact, I'm sure if I looked for a least favorite, it'd be from the Ork 'dex. I have a very love-hate relationship with it. For all the subtle jokes and delightfully ludicrous concepts, the final vehicle for so much of the fluff is regrettably reduced to the kind of ork speech you see quoted most frequently - the kind apparently designed to appeal to young males still enamored with the awkward, forced weird-spewing of boyhood, but now struck with an increased dose of testosterone.
