Any suggestions for other Chapters would be nice, but I can onky accomodate five more Companies, considering the Ordo Hereticus opposition in-story.
As for the Biel-Tan, with the Webway, they can traverse the galaxy in an instant.
Yeah but why would they when there are 2 other Eldar Craftworld there?
Because I like the Biel-Tan, that's why.

I should have left him there. He had served his purpose. He owed me nothing - yet he gave himself to me willingly. Why? I know not. He is nothing more than a pathetic human. An inferior race. A mon-keigh. But still I broke off my wings so that I might carry him easier. I took him from that place, into the snowstorm where our tracks will not be found. He is heavy. And he is dying. And he is slowing me down. But I will save him. Why? I know not. He is still warm. I can feel his blood ebbing across me. For every beat of his heart, another, slight spill of heat. The heat blows away on the winter wind. His blood is still warm. But fading. And I have spilled scarlet myself. The snow laps greedily at our footsteps and our lifeblood, covering them without a trace as we fade away.

If you are finding the eldar a bit of a thorn in your side, I can always step in and "remove" the problem.
Seeing as how Crons and Eldar fething hate each other. Also, fluff-wise this gives you a chance to get reinforcements

Firehawk Imperium troops would be here to reinforce, however warp storms at the edge of the Ghoul stars edge is slowing there travel.
Moving from Galaxy to galaxy can be hard considering that the last thing what ever is in the heart of the Ghoul stars does not want an enemy force moving in from behind.

++Attack Group Hades and Inquisitor Xiao camped 50 miles to the north of the suspected Necron tomb++ **Personal log of Inquisitor Xiao** The camp was quiet when it happened. Two thunderous booms signified the destruction of the Basilisks pointing north. All the weapons activated almost immediately. Once I was outside, I counted twenty-odd Imperial Guard casualties, and three Astartes soldiers were covered in molten metal. I could see they wouldn’t survive, and two shots from a plasmagun and a swipe from a power sword on my command ended the suffering of the two Templar Veterans. The First wave struck like a hammer on a glass bottle, scattering us everywhere. Tomb Blades made strafing runs and Doom Scythes did gun runs and the increasing number of large energy missiles clocked up a clear thousand kills between them before the real conflict even began. Scores of Ghost arks floated over the many Guardsmen-made trenches delivering gauss broadsides at point-blank range, reducing several Guardsmen to red mist. It was three hours and several thousand casualties later when my forces managed to create a foothold and push the Xenos back. We began the rally around a Land Raider which was steadily clunking forward. Once we broke through the main ranks of the oncoming Xeno tide an hour later, the rout began. All the Necrons just phased out. We thought that the campaign on this planet was won, until we found out that both our numbers and ammo supplies had been cut in half. The remaining tanks were suddenly set upon by Wraiths and Scarabs rising from the ground. Every vehicle we had was destroyed, and the Xeno scum disappeared before any revenge could be taken. The sheer speed of the Necron retreat amazed me. At under forty per cent of its original size, Attack Group Hades now numbered in the hundred thousands as opposed to the millions it used to be. At this moment the Navy arrived. 250 Warships dropped out of cloak above us, six of them launching Deep Striking Titans. What remained of Hades ran toward the Drop Zone. Three hours later, the Attack Group marched in between two columns of Jackal Titans. One of the six Warships above us had relayed the probable location of the Necron Tomb Complex to me, so I was riding in the lead Titan. The convoy was heading down a narrow valley toward the pyramid suspected of being the entrance to the Complex. The convoy halted suddenly. “Some floating barge blocking the road” said the driver in answer to my quizzical look. “Stay here. I’ll go and see what whatever-it-is wants, execute it if it is Xeno” “Yes, Sir” Quaint. I thought. Still being polite in a warzone. Not usual. The Titan crouched down and the boarding ramp lowered. I walked toward the ‘barge’. Half way between the barge and the convoy, I saw that the barge was carrying a Necron Overlord. He stretched out his hand in my direction. I pulled out my Plasma pistol and took careful aim at the Necron’s head. It was then that the thunderous gunfire that only Titan weapon systems can generate filled the air. I whirled around and was gobsmacked to find that the Titans where firing on the Warships above. Even as I watched, one of the ships veered off to the left in flames, going down. “Titans, hold your fire, on we will fire on you!” growled one of the Warships commanding Officer. A second ship simply exploded as its fuel tank ignited. A third ship was blown into two pieces, one of which landed on the rear of the convoy, crushing thousands of the few troops that remained. “I repeat, power down your weapons or you will be destroyed!” “It’s not us! The targeting systems have gone haywire!” replied the lead Titan’s captain. Targeting Systems… As the fuselage of fire turned to a forth Warship, I put two and two together. Turning back to the Necron barge, I shot Anrakyr the Traveller in the face. The Titans stopped firing immediately, but the forth ship was already going down in flames. The bizarre Necron Construct phased out, which told me the Necron had ‘died’ and returned to where it came from. “Titans, you were warned” came the raging voice of the fleet commander over the vox-caster, as the forth ship crashed with an earth-shaking boom. It was here when the real damage began. Attack Group Hades had lost 90% of its Guardsmen, 65% of its Astartes attributes and four of its Warships had been destroyed. I actually wondered what the Fleet Commander was referring to as I stood up from being floored by the earthquake. My question was answered when the two remaining Warships started shooting the Titans. Needless to say, all six of the Titans were destroyed within seconds under the firepower of the capital ships. As the burnt-out wreckages and bits of burning metal fell onto the already-depleted Attack Group, I said one thing down my Vox: “This is the Inquisitor. Put me through to Death Spectres Fleet Command. Tell them to destroy Imperial Navy Vessels QY-756 and UT-977. They are traitors and have just destroyed six Jackal Titans.” The ships were shot down, the survivors of the Attack Group Hades were evacuated and the Necrons beaten, for now. **End Personal Log** ++Casualty Report++ Death Spectres 6th: 75 of 100 (5 gene seeds unaccounted for) Death Spectres 7th: 96 of 100 (all gene seeds accounted for) Death Spectres 8th: annihilated Death Spectres 9th: 83 of 100 (3 gene seeds unaccounted for) Caidian 52nd: 45,000 of 100,000 Caidian 4th Airborne: 200,000 of 250,000 Other Imperial Guard Regiments: 375,000 of 500,000 Naval Assets: 106 of 500 destroyed (100 by Necron surface-to-space weapons, 4 by Titans, 2 by Inquisition Order) All armoured ground forces destroyed, including 6 Jackal-type War Titans ++End Casualty Report++ ++Progress Report++ Despite horrendous casualties, the Planet has been claimed. An abandoned spaceport will serve as a base, although it is likely it is tainted. ++End Progress Report++ (Courtesy of IHateNids, edited by your truly) *Encoded Communique from Warmaster Durandal to Inquisitor Xiao* "Despite my personal agreement regarding the purity of the world, now named to be named Grievance IV, with the heavy losses the Crusade has suffered thus far, I cannot condone the withdrawal of forces. Lord General Takeda will be arriving with additional reinforcements from Crusade reserve, and until additional reinforcements arrive from the homeland, the Crusade will concentrate on consolidating existing territory. I'm sure you understand that this caution is not born of fear, but rather of common sense. We cannot afford any more expensive offensives at the time being, and Archmagos Petrov assures me that the Mechanicus is prepared to support the settlement and pacification of existing territory. The Emperor Protects."
