Hmm strange wasn't the original 40k released 25 years ago in October?

If this doesn't point to the release of 6th, which has a very high probability of being next month based on what people have said then October/November is either the next Dark Angels codex if this guy is a Dark Angel or the next Chaos codex if he is a fallen or Cypher.

I'm guessing you haven't noticed what the painting set is for 40k.

It's Dark Angels.
The painting set being Dark Angels is the absolute, most concrete piece of evidence you need to work from.

All this means mate is that the Marines in the starter will be painted in dark green, they may well be DA in the fluff like BfM was ultramarines but I will be very surprised if any of the models have any DA specific iconography or robes or anything. The best to hope for would be a new snap fit SM bike model or something.
