I bought a new grey paint today, to change my IG paint scheme a little. Just that the two colours would be easier to tell apart. For some reason on the first Leman Russ, the darker grey was totally different.
So here is my new scheme:

I will redo the other leman russ also, but the first one, will be left alone.
and oneday I will redo the vendetta to, and the finished guyt.
But everyone else will got the new scheme.

Tonight I mostly finished these two. I only need to do the barrel on one, and other little things on the other one.

If you wash your IG uniforms black, it ought to bring out the details.

Worked on one of my Commisar. It is nearly finished.

Some quick update. I didn't paint anything, because the new school year started, so that means a lot of work for me. (I work in a school). But my GF painted half of my IG guys for me. And repainted my Vendetta in the darker scheme. She goes to an art school so she likes the painting aspect of the hobby, but not the gaming.
My plan for the weekend is to finish my Medusa and some Blood Angels (maybe a sang. priest or the guards). I just need my lazy ass out of front of my computer

Also tomorrow in my club we will start a little league which starts from 250 points and every month the point cost will go up with 250. In the first month you only need to field a troop. We got three factions: Imperium (my IG, BA and GK armies), chaos/xeno (friends daemons army and csm warband, his necrons, and another friends Tau) and my nids as a third faction

I re purposed 4 old tac marines, re cutting them to be bolter equipped DCs. One of them is a mono pose marine, with its upper torso cut down, and tossed into the "dead marine on a nid base pile"

I haven't done much hobby wise lately. Only assembled a tactical squad, a rhino, a some devastators. Also converted a Sanguinary Priest and an Astorath the Grim. I need to make some high quality picture of them in the coming days.
Also today me and my friends started our "end of the year" Apocalypse game of ~12k points. My BA, IG and GK armies vs Tau, Daemon, CSM and Necron. We did 2 turns today and currently I'm in the lead 5-1
