Swap Deathwatch for a Death Korps of Krieg army and I think I'm going to steal your list

EDIT: Wonder if they'll do 'Skulz' again after the New Line deal dies, seeing as that supposedly killed the program? I hope so.

To own an army that can field every single FOC permutation possible with the respective Codex. (Pretty close with DE.)

Second this. Long have I...longed to own the Waaagghiest of Waaagghs. One day...

More short term, a Stompa that I'm putting off buying until I get everything else I own painted, but the holiest of grails right now is closer to reality every day...Sanguinius.

Get any of my friends to play the games I'm into would be a nice start. I have been into 40k for 20 years and have played less than 10 games of it, despite having enough 2000pt armies (6-7, fully painted) for anyone to play with zero investment. I own multiple forces for every 40k universe Specialist Games title, too. Yes, even Gorkamorka, lol.

I right there with you besides the several armies. My friends like the idea of wargaming in general, but don't like the work or money you would have to put into it. For them PC gaming is instant gratification and so better worth their time. Sad really.

Wow, that's a dry spell. Try playing with some people that aren't your friends, they'll soon become friends.

I guess in the short term to finish painting a playable army.

Longterm?

I have some diorama ideas I would love to have on my mantelpiece, I think I want to win Golden Demons, and I would love to be the go-to painter and modeler for my group of friends/FLGS.

I guess playing a game would be nice too.

For a long time, I wanted a Rackham Cynwall Titan Dragon. Not sure I'd bother now.

So that leaves...

Maybe doubling the size of my Epic Dark Angels? Might be fun telling people I have an army that is an entire chapter, instead of just half of one.

In gaming terms, I'd like to win a game of Confrontation whilst using Kain. Madness I know, he's half an army and he's never even survived....

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”

It was get Vect, plus any other models I'm missing from the Dark Eldar line.

But with the recent acquisition of Asdrubael Vect and Kruellah the Vile (for under £30 for both ) (plus a sneaky full squad of Vect Incubi on top), I'm really not sure anymore.

Something clichéd like 'finish everything' isn't really a holy grail, it's an ongoing task, not something that takes you years to acquire that one glorious item.

I guess the ultimate, absolute show of decadence would be a Manta.
Though I may set my sights lower at a Ramilies Class Starfort at a vaguely sensible price...
