Jain Zar dude she is bitchin.

I say Jain Zar just because last week had her joined with a squad of Fire Dragons against a IK army during a relic mission. Knight warlord was walking away with the relic, Fire dragons roasted a screening Knight. During his shooting phase he rolled box cars on his thermal cannon scatter and Jain Zar saved vs stubber shots. He decided to charge them zip happened on overwatch. He declared a challenge I said yes with Jain Zar, and declared his reaper chainsaw can't be used during this round. The look on his face was priceless.

That still doesn't stop him attacking at S10, AP2 you know right? Not to mention stomp...

Hmm lets see get hit with a Str 10 AP2 attack on a character with eternal warrior vs getting hit by Str D? Even so Jain Zar can't hurt him the Fire Dragons with Melta Bombs can and they attack before he attacks or stomps.

Except melta bombs are unwieldy iirc, so after he attacks.

Oops I messed that one up, but in this situation they attack at same time since both would be Initiative 1.

I would say
1. Baharoth because he gives hit and run to your bikes while being reasonably durable with his 2+. Mediocre he may be in shootyness and fightyness but at least he can both shoot and fight to an extent which not all PL can do.
2. Jain Zar is really a beast but she kind of seems to be overkill for a lot of things.
3. Asurmen has some nice utility in the form of the extra warlord traits and he is pretty good offensively even if he doesn't match up super well with his aspect.
4. Maugen Ra also is pretty good all around but doesn't match much with his aspect. He really is like the big daddy of the death jesters more than the reapers.
5. Karandras seems alright but doesn't jump out at me.
6. Fuegan just seems downright bad now with no ability to shoot twice. He is crazy expensive for a guy who gets one shot a turn to fry a vehicle even with his great stats when you compare him to the cost of a regular fire dragon, particularly one with bs5 in an aspect host for the same purpose.

If Karrandas *did* jump out at you, you'd be dead.
