It makes plenty of sense. There's a longstanding rumor that the Tzeentch Arcanites are scheduled to be fleshed out for Age of Sigmar and we've already seen GW tease the Tzaangors for them as well.

The detail makes it look a bit too large to just be a single dude model, either a disc, chariot, or warmachine imo.

Look at the painted outlines though, that massively zoomed in imho.

That keyring is totally Mechanicus, but being a keyring I'd love it to be a Dark Mechanicus.

That whirling screaming faces, eye symbols and Druchii violet are definitively Tzeentchian. Arcanite disc or scenery.

There seems to be a recurring belief that when AoS starts a new "season" in its story line there is going to be a new starter set to go with it. There was speculation about a Nurgle vs Sylvaneth box as well. As cool as it would be to get a 2nd starter its IMO just wish listing.

Yeah, rumors all the way back before this year kept saying the Silver Tower game would be the Tzeentch vs Duardin starter set but were only half right about a Silver Tower game.

So with the recent hints it's looking like the old rumor may have some weight to it about the starter release.

We'll have to wait and see, though. I doubt it will arrive before the general's handbook 2.0 release.

The December edition of WD, inside front cover in the Meet The White Dwarf Team, under the blurb for Stuart Edney, it does say:

"Stuart's been terrorising the battlefields of the Mortal Realms with his Tzeentch Arcanites this month..."

So I'm pretty sure rumour confirmed

Also the latest Rumour Engine I'm thinking possibly a disc mounted model (there's a black blob which looks like a hole for a peg), maybe even a unit of the blighters (Chaos Warriors on discs like the good ol' days)?

Im just trying to imagine the product description if they released that now but I can't think of anything that doesn't sound just plain wrong.
