The Chapterhouse lawyers were all pro-bono. That means free, especially in a case where the defendant had little recourse to collect damages of any kind.
It underscores how in the wrong GW was that it looked like CHS's lawyers were going to recoup costs from GW and that with a high degree of certainty ended up paying some part of it to settle the case out of court to avoid paying the roughly $15M it cost to defend CHS.

I know about depression. Experienced it before. Maybe not as bad as others, but it's true. Unless you ever experienced it, you can never truly understand.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

Did you have a recent order fulfilled? If so, how long was the time between order placement and receipt of the goods? Also, was there any communication from CH's part throughout the order process?

Not meaning to batter you with questions, just wasn't sure how to interpret your post.

No reply to email inquiries. Order took more than 6 months to deliver looking at my email records, since I didnt write down when it finally arrived, but at east it did. Delayed my renegade project so long I gave it up.

Very true. I have major depression and when I got meds that actually worked it was a night and day difference between life with unmedicated depression and being medicated. Sure I could easily describe bits of how I felt but it would be almost impossible for somebody who hasn't lived in that mental state to understand what it was like. When the meds started working I was shocked at how different I felt and some of the things I felt as "normal" when depressed ended up being very different when treated. I couldn't even begin to truly understand what non-depression was like until I experienced it despite people describing it to me.

Edit: Damn. No tactical, HS, or FA shoulder pads. Some of those are very nice, though!

It wouldn't surprise me if you can get those from Forgeworld, also puppetswar, Maxmini, Kromlech and a few others

Intercessor, how long ago was this? It's the lack of reply that's getting me. If he emailed to say it will take a year I would be A-OK.

Looking to trade credit for Old Transformers Toys and Back to selling!
I shipped out 95% of the outstanding orders last week. New orders are being processed weekly as well.
On a side note, if you have old transformer toys sitting around and would like credit for merchandise, I am looking to collect my childhood memories in toy form. I am only looking for the 1980s era transformers and you can send me a private message if you want to trade them for Chapterhouse Credit!
Thanks!

Does this mean that Chapterhouse is back?
Chapterhouse Studios
Chapterhouse Studios Never left. Just have concentrated on my teaching career. Not sure if new stuff will be coming out but have the old products in production.

And some posters who were annoyed about the delays

Looking forward to the iconoclast conversion kit, was hoping to order a storm Raven extension kit as well. Are these available?
Chapterhouse Studios
Chapterhouse Studios The SR kit is sold out for now. We have an order with the caster in.

And for the delay what do you do ? I order in September an extension for my Stormraven but it's been more than 2 month I build it, I ask you for refund no sending some useless kit 4 month after my order ...

None of that inspires confidence in their professionalism.

A shame really, he really took one for all of us.
