Seeeshh, this was hard, but I finally managed to choose what I want: 1 Berserker, 1 Undead and 1 Halberd for a friend. Boy, I really want to throw those minotaurs as enemies in a D&D game

Exactly my thought. When I force myself to imagine what a horrifying mutant walking cow-woman looks like, that's much closer to what unfortunately pops into mind than the slightly anthro-lookin' ones they were doing before. I really wish I could go in on this right now but I have to hold my budget for Newcromunda

My thoughts regarding Female Minotaurs too, Cows are not sexy.

I am not so keen on mounted minotaurs mainly because of the Hooves thing. It does look cool, but one look at the Hooves and I think 'how does it climb'?

Maybe it jumps?

It's looking better and better but I may have reached my budget limit, maybe in the PM

Just found out in the comments you can select any £16 minotaur as a "Core" choice, so that really helps! I wasn't a huge fan of the Halberd, so I'll be able to go with the Siege minotaur instead

Good point.

I am in for the Herd, Sorcerer, Big Mama and the small Axes.

I would love to get the Terrain and Minotaur casualties at a later date.

If I can trade a Mino for the Siege Mino I think I may do that too.

any of the £16 minotaurs can be taken as your 4 from the herd pledge

I am in it for the Berserker - This will be an awesome boss for one of my dungeons.

In it for the core herd now that I know you can pick and mix. Great campaign!

This is now accepting late backers via crowdox

https://app.crowdox.com/projects/1207385459/twisting-catacombs-the-minotaur-horde

Do please bear in mind, for late backers, pledges will be dispatched after the regular KS backers. So an estimated July sort of time (depending on what level of pledge increases regular backers make! ) plus there is a little surcharge added to each pledge level, since we are charged extra fees by our bank and Crowdox to accept these transactions.

the final renders (and initial casts) do look tasty indeed

I just got the KS update with the link from Zealot,

I guess Crowdox just haven't got round to making it live yet so check back later today?

(I've let Zealot know about the problem but since crowdox is US based it may take a while if they have to contact them to make any changes depending on whether they're in the office yet timezone wise)

Just received the survey for my early bird pledge and filled it out. I am Really impressed with the CrowdOx interface, it was super clean and easy to use! Actually highly prefer this over BackerKit now

Yeah, finished my form too; quick and painless!

Couldn't resist adding a couple of extras too, even though I'm struggling financially at the moment.

EDIT** Also placed a small-ish order at zealot last week for some more of their world-beating dungeon scenery, guess I'll see if that free grandfather clock for all KS1 backers thing actually works too!

The big beast would be perfect to proxy a Beastclaw Raiders Thundertusk or Stonehorn. Looks to be about the same size? Beautiful sculpts in any case!

I could not resist upping my pledge.

I have added the Dead Mino, the Kitchen and the caged meat.

I did the same and also added the sleepy guard.

I added the sleepy guard too lol! Although they made some options directly selectable (like grear-axe minotaur rather than needing to add the axe separately to the banner bearer) so I actually had a little leftover from what I'd planned

Yeah, I really like the sleepy guard too!

I just hope I can clear my work space before they arrive.

These are now available to retail,

I was very impressed by all that I got so if you like minotaurs you should get some (approx. sizes are in the descriptions but do note that the two females are smaller than the males, and the matriarch is huge)

Glad to hear it. They have some very nice designs and I'm glad that they made good on their kickstarter.
