What it boils down to me is this, are they going to use to to ACTUALLY balance the game with actual PLAYTESTING, rather than a big fat lie that they did (salty I know lol), if they are and it fixes the issues that are already cropping up less than a year into the Ed, then cool, I would happily hand over my hard earned money, but if its just a band aid with very little actual work done and doesnt actually fix any issues, then no, it should be free.

That or as you have in the options, they make it free and available to buy, that way we can see if its worth the cost (actual content) or if its just a giant waste of time (which is what is actually going to happen).
