Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

‘Member that container shop I shared earlier?

Ooooh, I ‘Member!

Got my own containers now, so ready to begin. But, I want to do something a wee bit different. And that’s use plasticard and plastic girders to create a sort of covered shack above them.

Intention there is somewhere the guards can stand, complete with LoS obscuring corrugated roofing. Because it makes sense, don’t it?

Now, I’m completely cack handed, so it might take a few attempts, so don’t expect pics any time soon!

Aaaaand idea stolen for one of my Hangers On. There's wee plastic bottles in one of the WHF Empire infantry kits IIRC.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

"Your society's broken, so who should we blame? Should we blame the rich, powerful people who caused it? No, lets blame the people with no power and no money and those immigrants who don't even have the vote. Yea, it must be their fething fault." - Iain M Banks

"The language of modern British politics is meant to sound benign. But words do not mean what they seem to mean. 'Reform' actually means 'cut' or 'end'. 'Flexibility' really means 'exploit'. 'Prudence' really means 'don't invest'. And 'efficient'? That means whatever you want it to mean, usually 'cut'. All really mean 'keep wages low for the masses, taxes low for the rich, profits high for the corporations, and accept the decline in public services and amenities this will cause'." - Robin McAlpine from Common Weal

I thought about sandbags, but they feel out of place in a setting like the underhive.

I don't see why not. The bags themselves can be made of an Industrial plastic and these should be enough ash, dust or other random aggregate lying about. Maybe not in all places, but it's not like there is sand everywhere we currently use sandbags. Sandbags aren't just for stopping bullets but also have important Industrial uses in preventing flooding and weighing things down. Plenty of opportunity for the gangs to requisition and repurpose such things.

Finally got round to bingeing Breaking Bad. Yes, it is very good.

But it also means I now want to add a Chem Lab to my trading post....

I don’t suppose anyone knows of any 28mm chemistry lab bits and bobs? My google-fu is failing me.
