False comparison. Designer kitchens at discount prices have nothing to do with war gaming, while blogs, sites, and whatever else the cool kids are doing these days that are dedicated to war gaming are, you know, about war gaming and not about other things that get removed.

And yet these threads are deleted even when they are posted in the off-topic section, the section specifically dedicated to having threads that have nothing to do with wargaming. It's almost like it's the fact that it's a spambot that matters, not the content of the spam.

Could you just ignore me, or something?

Only if you stop posting.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

For what it's worth, I meant the "ignore" button. I also kind of meant it in jest, but maybe it's a good idea for reals.

In all seriousness, non-confrontationally, I look at this in shades of grey, while it seems you're taking this in black and white. I'd look at it and say, someone selling something completely non-hobby related gets the boot, while someone "selling" hobby related content gets a pass.

That's my nature and I expect the b&w view is yours. We have fundamental value differences that will lead to us disagreeing about the outcomes, if this is the case.

You’d have better luck pounding your head against a brick wall, hoping to turn it to glass. I don’t think The Bird puts anyone on ignore; he likes to assert his (often confrontational) views, and keeps at it until you give up and agree or go away.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Due to work, I can usually only ship any sales or trades out on Saturday morning. Please trade/purchase with this in mind.
