So, lets start a list of things that should definitely change. Starting from an Eldar perspective:

Changes:
-Exploding vehicles -> Twice the current wounds, but AP0?
-Smite -> Becomes S* AP-4 autohit autowound
-Mandiblasters -> Wound on a 4+, AP0 (instead of proc on a 6+, MW)
-Hawks -> On a 6+, attack the unit with either a Plasma Grenade or a Haywire Grenade (instead of proc on a 6+, MW)

Unchanged:
-Soulcut - Asurmen and Dire Avengers with Swords are still cutting souls, not flesh (d3 and 1 MW respectively on wounds of 6 with their swords)
-Perils - you screwed up and breached into the *warp*. Yes, you should be screwed.

I'm quite the fan of the "invuln = reduction of incoming AP" system from page 2.

It seems like it would work well after modifying a few corner cases, and simultaneously gets rid of one of my most hated logic issues in the game, in that units with both force fields and armor absolutely never benefit from both.
