A new corsair painted up and a cool invention I just came up with - may be it exists already - But anyway. It’s a small hand held photo studio. If you BluTack your mini in place you can move it to any position and orientation to find the best light in a room whilst snapping away with your phone in the other hand.

Thanks for peepin',

Huh. Cool.

New guy looks cool, too. The purple in the plume is a nice splash of color.

I agree, the purple really finishes the model off!

I think I may need to steal that photo booth idea!

Steal it... it works great... you can be upside down next to a window (if thats the best light) and with the curved infinite backdrop you will never know.

He looks very wild, without looking primitive. Very nice.

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.

what kit are the shuriken pistols from?

Gawd I love what you are doing. Ive been hunting for bits to slowly build up enough resource to have a crack myself. Ill pay that 1 CP all day long to have a unit of those space pirates on the field and you can call me a mad man.

Thanks man!

The pistols are from the harlequin troupe.

What does 1 CP mean?

Some fusion support for The Void Winds (my corsair band name)... pretty pleased. May be the right arm needs a little work though... it was tough as the arms came from the scorges kit and normally had a blaster rifle but tucked into the elbow joint. Cand to carve it out so the arm lacks a little muscular definition... anyway... onward!

Great stuff. Love the mask. If the arm is bugging you maybe add a band or scarf around the bicep area?

Some WIPS of the exodite paint job and a new corsair painted. Very happy with the dragon... not so much with the corsair... had everything going nicely then picked up the white primer instead of the matte varnish... from there some love was lost... and i still find skin really hard... anyway... onward!

By the way.... I'm mostly posting over on instagram... please come and follow me over there,

Yikes. Sorry to hear about the spray mishap. All the paint looks great, though! Love that dragon. Flashbacks to the diorama that started it all.

Thanks... yes... toyed with a different colour scheme but in the end decided the old one worked so well... the differences are and will be in the rider.

Got mine on ebay... you can def find assembled and painted models. You'll just have to chop em up and strip em.
