Well except for units that are only a single model...

I was wonder a single model from more than two models in units can shoot out of this unit?
Shooting phase don’t cover that.

Example, mind control that 10 men space marine, take control of single space marine with lascannon... can it shoot out of unit or had to melee with thier own unit?

Since the FAQ, it depends. If the model is not within 1" of his squadmates (or anyone else from his army) he can shoot his Lascannon. If he is within 1" then he can't. Vice versa for melee.

Basically, if you're playing against GSC and are worried about Mind Control, bunch up your shooty dudes and space out your choppy dudes!
