I'm closer to finishing my Wulfen dreadnought and he looks like a hulking executioner. The body is a Stormfiend with the spikes shaved, I duplicated a fenrisian wolf snout for the head, replaced the steam powered pack with a grav power pack, and the Axe/shield from wulfen dreadnoughts. Originally there was nothing on his back and it looked empty. So I tried to use the rat backpack with a marine in it, and now it looks Chaos related. I'll have to come up with something else.

Great work on the big boy. Greenstuff looks smooth.

looking great! I agree that the marine-backpack isn't quite right. I wonder if some sort of light servo exo-skeleton could work instead for the back? Could very much change the feel of the model though. Would give across an idea that his mutations are so extensive that he requires mechanical help to move his expanded bulk, which might not be the mood you want to convey.

Big boy looking like a beast, and the greenstuff work looks like a real 'level up' in terms of quality as compared with the earlier work in this thread. Great to see the progression.

I live!!! I'm getting back into the groove, so here are some wip shots. I finally got my hand on some knight bits (about 50 heads and lances, I think they are recasts... o well). A test fitting for Murderfang, and some more TWC wip. I'll continue to finish putting together about 12 wolves before moving on to the riders

Welcome back!

Lances and heads don't look like recasts to me, just some vintage GW plastic (as the kits are fairly old) - would be highly unlikely to (A) recast in plastic; and (B) recast old Warhammer Fantasy kits, no?

As ever, conversions looking snazzy, and always interested to see more

New year, new motivations! Here is something cool i put together after looking at the Bretonnia 5e cover art. This is my new take on thunderwolves with armor. Using bits from bloodcrushers, cutting off legs and removing chunks of plastic, I got the armor to fit neatly to the wolf. Still a lot of green stuff left to do from filling gaps, adding cloth, and more fur before i get to painting. I'll copy the same painting scheme as the cover are because it looks awesome.

Another project I just started, Vanguard Veterans. Using Blood Bowl Imperial Nobility Arms and thighs, Mark III Shins, and Deathwatch chests. It came out looking great but I'm still considering to replace the arms from the elbow down with regular space marine arms, It would be easier to give them the proper weapons they need.

Look at this distinguished gentleman. The 4th Vanguard Veteran has been assembled, I love the pose but I need to replace the sword with a Thunder hammer!
