She looks really great with that head. What makes you unhappy about the arms that come with the kit?

They are just a bit thin. The weapons too. Some look a little short compared with the legs. The Scythians actually look better in that regard.

FWIW, Kings of War Historical has a Scythian Army list. With the exceptions of war dogs and chariots, the entire army could be made with the Scythian boxes. Probably have to buy some personality figures as there's no standard bearer option in either the Amazon or Scythian boxes.

I received mine. I took a brief look and liked what I saw of the sprues, but I haven’t been in the mood to assemble minis for a while now. Hopefully in November.

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like you lost some warehouse stockn to Ian which I'm sorry to hear. Pretty wild that China continues to lock down cities to this day.

Ian basically cut off the factory head contact for a few weeks. Some friends and family were caught up in the water. So coordination took a hit. We were also unable to collect on a 3D print gig for a charming bar chain, fourteen hundred or so of a 3k gig.

Rerouting some plans to fit the shipping to backers and the rest of the contents to feel secure to sell to wholesalers that would also aid in the primary goal.

Glad to see more people getting them. I think they did turn out pretty good.

The female torsos are on the smaller side, But I have mixed them with Perry mercenaries, and they fit pretty well. I managed to pull out all 24 of the scale mail torso (1 to a sprue) to use in the pike unit I made...

The only thing I dont love are the horses. I dont hate them, but not my favorites. I kind of consider them as free as I didnt get any directly but one sprue was included per box of Amazons and Scythians.

This was a super good deal. I hope it was profitable for RDG. Cant wait to see what is next from the company.
