Aesthetics wise I think they’ve about cracked it, which is something. Though I wouldn’t say no to a HH style upgrade box of mutations for CSM. Even if it’s a purely aesthetic thing, I want my gribble back.
I’m particularly fond of the mortal stuff Chaos recently got, like the Dark Commune and the Accursed Culists. They just need….more of it.
Fed up of Scalpers? But still want your Exclusives? Why not join us?
Meanwhile, I'm particularly interested in my non-grible MDK. Night Lords, and some other Legions/non-Legion Chaos groups should [i]not be concerned with mutations/etc. I'll fight you on this, you know I will. The 8th Legion is not known for Chaos corruption/mutation.

Confirmation of why no-one should listen to Kanluwen when it comes to the IG - he doesn't want the IG, he want's Kan's New Model Army...

If you want yours not to, that's one thing, but stop trying to position it like all of the Night Lords are allergic to mutations/daemons/etc.
Are you really going to make me do the "every CSM codex from 2nd forward" thing? We've done that before. I'm fine if other people can run the daemonic garbage (again, we've been over this),my primary objection is with the requirement that they be included. You want to fight me on this? Expect the same results as every time you've done it so far....

That's quite a tone to take for a post agreeing with Dysartes - all he's saying is that some Night Lords will use daemonic gifts, mutations etc. That's not the same thing as claiming that they are a requirement. And in fairness, GW have been quite clear - at least in the current codex & the GW website - that some Night Lords do use the daemonic side of things:
Spoiler:
Image (from the GW website) which clearly shows a mutated Night Lord Warp Talon:
Also, p. 39 of the current Codex: CSM literally has a story about a champion of the Night Lords ascending to Daemonhood.

What do you mean by "requirement that they be included"? There's no requirement to run any Daemonic units in a Chaos army if you don't want to. Even if you want to include Warp Talons as a fluffy NL unit, the actual Daemonic part of their rules is easily explained away in non-Daemon terms if you really want to have an uncorrupted NL army.
