That model has been relisted forever. I can remember it in the equivalent thread on warseer years ago. The description is unforgettable "this is my masterpiece but no wooden base..."

I don't know if this counts as an oddity, or warning.

The price on that item is more than double the regular AUD price. I don't know how or why someone would sell something like that?

Is that perhaps one of the Christmas terrain bundles poorly listed? The combo that features like three of that set or something? I dunno. I see 2-300% pricetags frequently on eBay likely from pricing-bots, etc.

How many sprues are in the bundle? Because this says it has 4.

Usually if they don't have stock of something, they'll put the price up to way way beyond the usual price so that no one will buy it, to save them removing and relisting it later on
