Subject: Video Battle Report - Orks VS Deathwatch Marines - 1250pts - Calm the Maelstrom
Today we played a variant Maelstrom style mission, there are the six objectives as normal but instead of the cards each player rolls a dice at the start of each of their turns which decides if odd or even numbered objectives can be scored that turn. You can also score additional points each turn for killing enemy units in the various phases of the game.
Wait, for the "things most armies should be able to pull off" you kept the psyker one?
Tau, necron, dark eldar and sisters might take offense to that. (along other low psyker armies)
can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now.

I see your point there, perhaps a better way to describe the selection would be that all types of armies have selections to aim for - the idea being that you should always have one or two of them that are compatible with the playstyle of your army.
When looking at secondary mission parameters I often think of leaving out the psychic versions but that kind of dumps on Daemons who have had 95% of their shooting moved to the psychic phase so its inclusion is mainly for them.
