I'm not certain that you need a Tervigon, quite frankly. I haven't experimented with that many Gargoyles, but since they come back on a 4+ and are Objective: secured, it's VERY difficult for an opponent to stop them from swamping the board. And if they do, it allows the rest of your dudes to run rampant.
I'm more of an advocate for Warriors than most, especially since they have synapse in two places rather than 1, don't require a Gant tax, and are substantially less of a points investment than Momma Jamma and her babies.
Just as an aside, you've got the two Crones in the Skyblight formation, but it's actually two Harpies. Was going to ask why you had an extra Harpy in your list before I noticed that. So my question becomes, why do you have an extra Crone? What is it accomplishing? Personally I would take a Mawloc instead (or some Biovores) for clearing off objectives (and the Mawloc can take one himself if he wants). Adding electroshock grubs to your flyrants will address almost all of your vehicle-killing needs.
This list has plenty of synapse and no real weaknesses, especially since the flying bugs function rather well outside of synapse with their high leadership. The biggest change is that you can't assault the turn that you land now, meaning you have to wait and be vulnerable for a turn (unless the enemy grounds you on his turn). The tradeoff is that you're not going to get shot, grounded, and then shot some more, as you only take a single grounding check at the end of the shooting phase. So the list plays differently, but it still does what you need it to do very well. Just remember that a swooping FMC can't score objectives! Lost a game to start the edition because I forgot that! Also, now with jink giving 4+ cover, it's great. It's like all your FMCs have an invulnerable save now, even if they're only gliding. Throw in some venomthropes for 2+ cover save hilarity while you're not even swooping!
