I see some on ebay sometimes for Tau Eldar and Necron. Also Orks. Try Ebay.

Chapterhouse Studios (of the court case fame) have a range for most of the factions, including coloured transparent acrylic where appropriate (ie Eldar and Necrons) and all the various add ons.

It was Kickstarted, and I think we're in the lull between fulfilment and general retail, and they're not hugely cheap, but are amongst the most varied and better designed ones I've seen.

Mr Dandy has several options that look quite nice.

Microart studios is where I got my Eldar Aegis.

They do an Eldar, Necron, Tyranid, Tau and Dark Eldar Aegis there.

Good quality stuff too.

I make some of my own using Aegis pieces. The Quad Gun was easy to make Orky but the other bits weren't so much. I usually just searched around in my bitz box until I found something like and Ork Boss Pole or Ork symbol, found a good place to stick it on the Aegis, drilled bullet holes into the Aegis and painted it a sort of rusty colour.
