On the 01/07/14 I agreed to a trade with volume for the following:

Mega Dread, Meka Dread, 4 Arms, Primed Kil Bursa, and some Forgeworld bits-and-pieces for 150GBP

I sent payment on 01/07/14 for the amount of £155.30 to cover the paypal fees this user would incur as I did not want to send it as a gift payment

Shortly after this I recieved the package containing the following;

Mega Dread, Meka Dread, 2 Arms, Primed Kil Bursa (minor damage), and some Forgeworld ork glyphs.

The minor damage in posting was not a huge issue for me to repair, but I am currently out by 2 unassembled FW arms for the Mega Dred which at retail will now cost me £35

I have messaged the user twice since having found this fault and have had no response what so ever, if it is unable to be resolved I will need to take up a paypal dispute for items not as described and pull sufficient funds back to complete what I was promised.

I have retained the PM's and Paypal logs for the transaction and waited sufficient time so as to allow the user a chance to respond, however have had no response.

Thanks,

Ricki

Just for sake of clarity, you're using the DD/MM/YY formatting for the dates, correct? (Seeing as you're from the UK, I assume that's correct)

Volume was out of town recently so that might be way he didn't respond right away. Otherwise he's been very attentive to my PMs and emails. I'm glad he resolved the problem for you!
