Both are currently have zero bids and are at a price less then half of retail. I don't know who's going to sell them to you for less then half price.
There are a rhino and an exorcist for sale as well. (just look through my other listings. I'm clearing out a bunch of stuff)
I have a almost fully painted army for sale. (The only things that need paint are the immolator gunners) but you were looking to start small. Even so the army is still a good deal I'm essentially giving away hundreds of hours of painting and all of the tanks.
