Incubi eat marines and other stuff with armor, but is your ork opponent fielding any of that? If not, you might find a more cost-efficient CC unit.

I'd focus on shooting anf drop the HtH units.
Remove the Incubi, add another Trueborn. Shardcarbines and Splintercannons.
Put 2x haemonculi in the list - 1 in each unit of 4 Trueborn. Give them hexrifles.
With the points, make sure that you get Flickerfields and Night shields on all of your transports. They're wet paper bags, so will die easily to droves of shooting from Infantry heavy Orks. Focus on staying far away from the Orks.
Add Sybarites (no extra wargear) where possible for the LD bumps.
I'd also drop the scourges and try to get 3 Ravagers n the army. ESPECIALLY if you're playing orks, 3x Disintegrator Cannons per Ravager are NASTY.
Make sure you have Dark Lances on your vehicles, in case of Battlewagons.

You can only take either ... or ... For Raiders, in which case the new jink rules give the Flickerfields a slight advantage. Venom come with Flickerfields stock and the additional Nightshield helps a bit (but not so much against, say, looters).
I mostly play against a shooty Ork list and must say that Wyches with Hydra Gauntlets are scary good against Boyz, The Incubi work great against any Nobz you might run into, especially with the Archons joining them. Speaking of the Archons, Ghostplate is next to useless, if the shadow field fails you're boned. Also think about switching out the Agoniser for a Venom blade. Currently the Agoniser doesn't seem to live up to its point cost.
