(I'm sure this NPC was inspired by Nagash, but I refuse to post the original Nagash model on humanitarian grounds. Damn that thing was ugly)

From what I gathered from the script, I'm thinking the realms of 40k are about to fall down upon the Old World.

I'm sure that's not what this is actually about, but it is what I got out of it!

The end is nigh?

More like, the end is nine.

And by the end, I mean the next edition.

The next couple of months GW is all about the grimdark fantasy from the rumours circulating, though mainly focusing on the "bad" factions. Being a WoC and a maybe Tomb Kings player I'm rather excited.

I did think of that BUT this is the Internet, subtlety is lost on many, so a more doom and gloom title is needed to draw the gaze of the masses.

I was hoping for GW to roll out some big storm of chaos type campaign.

It would just be nice to see some quality from this no garbage, just quality storyline and games to go along with it.

Except that someone should probably recognize those skeleton artworks as being Vampire Counts. It's probably a supplement, but nonetheless those are all VC pieces.

About time Fantasy got some love. Bringing back Nagash would be epic.

GW doesn't really have modern Nagash skeletons artwork, do they? The VC pieces are vanilla enough to represent any random necromancer's forces, unlike TK artwork.

Its been confirmed by a few reliable sources that its a major campaign similar to Sanctus Reach featuring Nagash and his merry blood sucking entourage.

I'm hoping that there's some interesting undead kits that accompany this. If that image above translates into a character or unit I'd be very happy.

But it's still completely wrong without a complete rewrite of the fluff for Nagash, the Vampire Counts and the Tomb Kings. Nagash hates both of them (the Tomb Kings for driving him out of Khemri and the Vampires for failing him as generals). He wouldn't fit in either army, but his current military might would more closely resemble Vampire Counts without all of the schlock horror stuff. Zombies, skeletons, wights, etc, since he doesn't have a rank and file army any more.

Return of the actual undead, with Nagash? If they re-did him... and he's a badass instead of a clown. I'd totally get him, to paint.

Hope it's true. It might be something like the Treachery stuff from some time ago to.

Please God no new zombie kit.

Well actually they have a few pieces of artwork mainly from the covers of the Rise of Nagash series (The Sorcerer, The Unbroken, The Immortal).

I wasn't discrediting that it wouldn't be Nagash (or the rumoured supplement coming out next week), just that none of the artwork was actually Nagash, and none of more important the artworks (the last 3 images) are Tomb Kings.

Nagash will probably come with an actual campaign supplement - this is good, worried it was just going to be a random dataslate.

When ever I see GW and this glimpse/ snippet/ tease stuff, I get nervous. Past few have really peed on the shoes.

Usually they do this, it turns out... bad.

PLEASE, just put out some information about the new game. GW doesn't do surprises very well.
