Subject: Ork Heavy Stormbot Project (Jumptroop, Cybork)

Hello all, i m new here.
I m in the making of a big cybork shocktroop, in general it is a dreadnought with a rocket pack and two heavy flamethrowers, a heavy bolter and power claw. I think i will give the same stats as those of a dreadnought. As for points cost i think he has to be 1.5 times the costs of a dreadnought justlike stormboys are 1.5 the cost of regular boys. + 10 points for 2 heavy flamer. = 130 points what do you think?? Is that ok??
BTW. What would you say using a las cannon insteadof a heavy bolter?
So this is the model i bought on ebay. it already is a conversion by another guy, but i think it looks too "battlemech" , "batletech" So i ve decided to put some parts together to make this thing more orky.
More photos of the finished model and story coming soon..

so here are some bits i will use to make it more orky:
The big drum magazine should be added to the lefr arm. I will shorten it and add the twin linked eavy shoota too make the right dakka arm more orkish. i don t know if i ll change the left arm s power claw to a 40k ork power claw but i think so. then there is a breast plate , a head, some skulls and plates for cosmetic reasons a baner and two rocket s from looters which will be a custom made rocket launcha.
I fink i fe got to do some thingy wif its arms. They too long and thin and look too much like a f§ck8"! battlemech. Not orky nough yetz.

Hey! Nice work but it needs better painting on some parts - black ones, the grot and text mostly. I'd also recommend drybrushing if it ain't too late yet.
As for the rules, i'd stick with existing models. Deff dread or if it's larger - a 'naught. Hard to estimate it's size without stuff to compare.

i LL EXCHANGE THE GROT. Its drybrushed already maybe its not visible on the pictures. I ll add a black ork warboss head . ill post a comparison with a Garbot.
As for the rules i was intended to use deff dread or garbot rules 45 points for a jetpack seems to fit perfectly. I think i ll up it s front armour about 1.
Thanks alot!!
Any more suggestions??

In the best orkoid spirit, you should add some sort of random negatives when using the jump pack.
Like on the roll of a 1 place the large blast marker on its intended landing location and roll for scatter, the template has S5 AP- Place the stormbot on the center afterwards, or as close as possible. The stormbot then suffers a glancing hit and may not declare an assault.
2-5 jumps normal
6 if the stormbot assaults it gains 1d3 HoW instead of just 1.
