New Kickstarter for wireless LED lighting system for RPG's and Boardgames.

It looks like it has so much potential,..... I will be using the accessories along with my Dwarven Forge Caverns,....

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/616900694/24x24-wireless-power-board-game-terrain-and-miniat

Above is the basic kit (24x24 pad which runs up to 50 LED's)(early birds still available),.... but they also have a more powerful kit that can run wireless motors, fog, etc. and they have clear acrylic tiles and accessories, as well as a 36" x 36" pad.

I'm not as fired up about the tiles lit up,... bu the fire pots and torches that they are working on look great,..... and those lit up portals, etc,...

I like the lava packs too,.... I hope the will integrate with the DF stuff.

It all looks pretty cool,... check it out!

The have also redesigned some of the fire elements and will have flickering LEDs as well,.... These will look great on the Dwarven Forge stuff!

Hmm 27k of a 150k funding goal with 14 days to go... I don't think this will make it. I think if they'd gone for a lower figure this might have some steam.

I totally agree,..... I think they need to look at their advertising strategy (or total lack thereof),.... I found it totally by accident while surfing the board game entries on KS.

they are just over $34K now with just three days left.

I'd love to have this product for lighting up things on DF tiles, or even some fire elementals!

oh well.

It's a cool idea, it's just way to expensive to be practical.
