Would the loyalist primarch of the Raven Guard or the traitor primarch of the Night Lords win in a fight. We are talking a fair fight by the way (Istvaan V doesn't count because Corax was too busy trying to kill Lorgar)
Corax:
He is a fearsome warrior and a master tactician. He is humble and prefers not to be in the spotlight, but to remain in the shadows. He is definitely quick to make decisions, no matter how difficult and can come off some times as cold-hearted and ruthless, but he does reflect on the decisions he makes. Corax's primary goal is to bring freedom to humanity. He despises all those would enslave and control mankind. He makes use of a lightning whip, lightning claws and a silenced bolter. He is also equipped with a jump pack.
Night Haunter:
Like Corax, he despises injustice and all those who would enslave and control mankind, but he believes that people can only be kept in line by fear. His tactics and strategy involve striking as much terror into his enemies' hearts and this has been proven to be extremely effective, with many surrendering without giving battle only to avoid the terrible fate that would follow otherwise. He has a sort of Jekyll and Hyde thing going on. While he is Konrad Kurze, he has a sense of empathy and justice and is a fair ruler, but when he encounters opposition or injustice, he becomes the night haunter. They night haunter is utterly merciless, a complete psychopath that will stop at nothing to cause as much fear as possible in order to bring people back in line. He is equipped with lightning claws and a jump pack and carries skulls and other grim trophies from his victims in order to inspire more fear.

Hard to say. There is not enough information about either of them to properly say. In honesty, I'd give it to Konrad Curze. He's ruthless, brutal, and would have absolutely no remorse, hesitation or problem with killing Corax. Corax would have the dirtier, sneakier tactics but he would still hesitate at the prospect of killing his brother. Even Manus, enraged and hateful of Fulgrim, didn't kill him. The only Primarch on Primarch kills are Fulgrim (Manus and Guilliman) and Horus (Sanguinius), with a possibility for Guilliman to slay one of the Alpha Legion Primarchs (maybe).

Well, not according to the Horus Heresy!
Also, the "POLLS FORUM" might be a better place to look into, if you're going to post a lot of...polls.

Corax wins because Kruze is a no-show on account of already being dead.
